This case fits the ipad2 perfectly and the smart cover works well, along with the openings for the cameras, plug, and switches all being in the correct places. Great quality for a good price.

I wanted something that would work like Apple's cover but also cover the back. It's not as perfectly made as others have mentioned, but it doesn't seem to bother me in any way and works great!

The concept behind this case is really solid. It's basically the Apple Smart Cover (with the magnetically-triggered sleep/wake feature), but with a matching protective back. In that sense, it overcomes the fatal flaw in the Smart Cover as a standalone product. As good as the concept is, the execution is just not that great. The fit is not as tight as you'd expect -- the tolerances are off. The sectional cover, which doubles as a stand, is just a bit too flimsy to function as a solid stand. It lacks the rigidity and structure of the Apple cover.
I'm going to go back to using the combination of my smart cover and the Khomo polycarb back protector [...].
